Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
The Website provides general information about Beyong IP and our intellectual property consultancy services, including trademark, patent, copyright, industrial design, IP strategy, commercialisation and training services, and allows you to contact us and request consultations.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Website on behalf of a company or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that entity to these Terms.
Using the Website, sending us an enquiry, or communicating with us through the contact form, email, telephone or WhatsApp does not create a consultant–client relationship between you and Beyong IP. Our services are provided only after we have agreed the scope, fees and terms in a written engagement (such as an engagement letter or quotation) signed or accepted by you and by us. In the event of a conflict, the terms of that written engagement take priority over these Terms for the services it covers.
Please do not send us confidential or sensitive details of an invention, design or unpublished work through the Website or social media before an engagement and confidentiality arrangement is in place. See our Disclaimer for further information.
You may use the Website for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree that you will not:
– use the Website in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation of Malaysia or any other jurisdiction;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and print the Website Content for your own personal or internal business reference. By contacting us or providing your contact details, you agree that we may communicate with you by email, telephone, SMS or messaging apps (such as WhatsApp) in relation to your enquiry or engagement. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time as described in our Privacy Policy.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website at any time, without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Website. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 5, 9, 10, 11 and 15) will continue to apply.
